Azadeh Momeni is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations at the University of Toronto. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Carleton University and specializes in international relations, Middle East politics, and gender studies. Her research focuses on social movements, foreign policy responses to the Iranian Woman, Life, Freedom movement, and the intersection of art, politics, and human rights.
