We realize these are unsettling and unprecedented times for everyone. We wanted to let you know that we’re still here, and we’re continuing to work for you while we keep our team safe. We’d also like to hear how you’re doing, so we’ve included ways you can connect with us and other members of our community.
We recognize this is an unpredictable situation that’s changing all the time. We’ll do our best to continue to be here for you and to keep you updated along the way.
For those in our community who are able to support us financially, we will always appreciate your contributions to further strengthen our programs.
While IWOO office is closed, IWOO is active and working remotely as per usual business hours of Monday to Friday from 9am–5pm. We are currently delivering modified services by phone and online where possible to support our community needing our services. Here is a list of measures we’re talking about during COVID-19:

• All staff and volunteers will be provided with training on the proper use of Personal
  Protective Equipment. (masks, gloves)
• IWOO will provide the proper PPEs.
• Signage is posted throughout the building.
• Staff, volunteers and clients will be required to complete the daily self-screening questionnaire.
• Daily/regular cleaning and disinfecting by the cleaning staff.
• Cleaning supplies have been made available for staff to wipe and disinfect their work areas.
